Brigade Group, a leading real estate developer, announced total income of Rs 1,250 crore for the second quarter of FY27, down from Rs 1,430 crore in Q2 FY26, according to a press release. Despite the change in total revenue, the company achieved a profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 288 crore, representing a 47 percent year-on-year growth compared to Rs 196 crore recorded in Q2 FY26.
Consolidated net profit (PAT) for the quarter stood at Rs 219 crore, up from Rs 170 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. Total collections for Q2 FY27 reached Rs 1,633 crore. Real estate segment sales stood at Rs 1,827 crore across 1.3 million sq. ft. of volume, with 2.4 million sq. ft. of new projects launched during the quarter carrying an estimated gross development value of approximately Rs 3,000 crore.

Segment-Wise Performance
Segment-wise, real estate revenue stood at Rs 760 crore with an EBITDA of Rs 175 crore, up 59 percent year-on-year. The leasing business generated Rs 329 crore in revenue with an EBITDA of Rs 242 crore and an occupancy rate of 90 percent as of September 2026. The hospitality segment recorded Rs 161 crore in revenue and an EBITDA of Rs 59 crore, up 41 percent year-on-year.
For the first half of FY27 (H1 FY27), consolidated revenue reached Rs 2,429 crore with a net profit of Rs 436 crore.
